Return/ Exchange Policy
PER CA STATE LAW (CIVIL CODE SECTION:1723), NO RETURNS AND/ OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CANNABIS PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VAPE PRODUCTS (DUE TO MANUFACTURERS DEFECT) MAYBE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE UP TO 48 HOUR PAST PURCHASE DATE.

Requirements for Delivery

All orders are completed with a cash payment upon delivery or pickup.

A photo ID must be presented at that time proving you are over 21 years of age.

We will reach out to you after your order has been received to confirm your details and provide a delivery estimate.

We are still open during normal hours, but we have implemented new practices in order to keep you and our employees safe.
This includes:

Practicing safe, social distancing by limiting the number of Employees allowed in the Warehouse at one time with a 1:3 Dispatcher to Driver ratio.

Increasing the number of ONLINE ORDER to Minimize the Spread of COVID-19.

Wiping down, sanitizing surfaces and washing hands as often as possible.

Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for drivers and dispatchers at multiple stations across each store.
