Return/ Exchange Policy

PER CA STATE LAW (CIVIL CODE SECTION:1723), NO RETURNS AND/ OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CANNABIS PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VAPE PRODUCTS (DUE TO MANUFACTURERS DEFECT) MAYBE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE UP TO 48 HOUR PAST PURCHASE DATE.

Requirements for Delivery

  • All orders are completed with a cash payment upon delivery or pickup.

  • A photo ID must be presented at that time proving you are over 21 years of age.

  • We will reach out to you after your order has been received to confirm your details and provide a delivery estimate.

We are still open during normal hours, but we have implemented new practices in order to keep you and our employees safe. 

This includes:

  • Practicing safe, social distancing by limiting the number of Employees allowed in the Warehouse at one time with a 1:3 Dispatcher to Driver ratio.

  • Increasing the number of ONLINE ORDER to Minimize the Spread of COVID-19.

  • Wiping down, sanitizing surfaces and washing hands as often as possible.

  • What are you doing to protect customers?

  • Regularly disinfecting our store with high-grade disinfecting cleaner meeting government guidelines.

  • Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for drivers and dispatchers at multiple stations across each store.

  • Decreasing the ratio of patient to driver contact allowed via route at any time in order to comply with social distancing.

  • What are you doing to protect staff?

  • Ensuring our employees have the resources they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they feel unwell.

  • Staff wash hands as frequently as possible.

  • Regularly disinfecting our office spaces with high-grade disinfecting cleaner meeting government guidelines.

  • Providing access to gloves and masks when available.
